Horrible manager - Joel @ tequila ranch @ hard rock Hollywood fla

This is a Complaint / Review about Tequila Ranch.


Manager needs to be fired! Name: Joel
Makes servers pay for customers mistakes, chefs mistakes, computer has no delete button and even if it's not sent to kitchen they can't delete it and it has to be paid for. Never heard of this at any restaurant I've worked at in my life! This manager does not need to be working as a manager, obviously DOSENT know what he's doing at all! Plus treats his employees with favorites and is unfair and dishonest! Someone needs to go check this manager out! ASAP!
