LQ Elite Member Having Problems Getting ReturnsPoints Posted from Stay and Play Game

This is a Complaint / Review about The Blackstone Group aka La Quinta Inns and Suites.


On November 23rd, I started playing the La Quinta playandstay game. That day I received the points I won. I continued to play every day, and on Nov. 30 checked to see if the points I won had posted. I hadn't received any and called La Quinta on 11/30 at which point I received 970 points. At that time they informed me that everything had been fixed and it would not happen again. I had to call again on 12/2. At that time they gave me 1083 points. I am still owed 1800 points as of 12/9. As an elite member I feel it is totally wrong that I have to keep a log of my winnings and have to call customer service to have the points posted to my account. I have to drive into town every day to get a signal to play, it is a 14 mile round trip. All I am asking is the points tokens awarded to me through their game.
