Ordered three pairs of shoes in Aug 2013 and still nothing

This is a Complaint / Review about Tobias Mayer e.K..


I purchased three pairs of Birkenstocks from Surf4shoes on the 7 August 2013 at which I immediately paid $186.00 for the shoes to be sent to me which is part of the process!

Over the past months the company never replied to my emails to contact me to advise of any problems resulting in me not receiving the order. Three weeks ago, I received an email advising that I would receive my order within two weeks as there had been a stock problem. Well I am still waiting and just want the goods that have been paid for or just refund the money, immediately!
