Frequent outages

As I write this, our power is again out. I say again because this is a weekly event lasting sometimes up to 3 hours or a sudden blackout lasting only seconds. I have lived here and been a OG&E customer for more than ten years at this time in our technology age this happens all to freakuently. I have lived in different parts of the country and this was not the norm .you need to get to the bottom of this problem and better serve your customers I have phoned in each time the power is out so you should have a lengthly account of just how many times this occurs . It is highly inconvenient and dangerous in the winter months thank you
