This is a Complaint / Review about Ashley Furniture Home Store.


I purchased a mattress for 1400.00 , at Ashley Furniture. Before buying it , I asked if it was returnable and the salesperson said yes. After a month, I noticed a dip where I slept. I called Customer Service and told them my issue, She said they would contact an outside Agency who would come out and look at my mattress. Arriving the first time, he measured the dept of the dip and then called customer service, he handed me the phone and I was told by customer service the Depth of the dip had to be 1 - 1 1/2 " before they will think about taking it back , that this was directly from the Manufacturer. so now, as the months go by, the dip is getting worse. I have a very bad back so Purchasing a more expensive mattress I thought would be better. it is not. I had to call 2 more times and I JUST called yesterday and the tech is coming over again this weekend. I want a refund and them to take this mattress back. Between waking up EVERY NIGHT in pain and many times a night plus having many many sleepless nights, I am done.
