Credit history, wiped out from my records

This is a Complaint / Review about Equifax Inc..

In August 25th,2013 I purchased a product named Equifax Complete Premier Plan. The first time I used I got my three reports from 3 agencies. SInce 11-25-2013, I havent been able to update my credit report, not my score, and many many calls were directed to them to resolve. They asked to fax my social security card, my utility bill with my name and address and also copy of my passport along with my driver's lisence. They did not correct the information accordingly, and asked several times to re-send again, which obviously I refused because the information was on record, they were just lazy to look for it. I submitted disputes, and were resolved and new credit was granted to me by 2 major credit card companies, which were posted in december 2013 in the other 2 credit report agencies, but not Equifax. I was not able to update my credit report lately due to that is was locked. (I did not). But, since I want to purchase a home, I also, submitted application for another credit card (American Express) which they obtain credit information from Equifax, told me I have no score neither credit history. With this alert, I stop the procedures on the submission of the mortgage loan which will save me 100k in the purchase and a low interest of 4% if I close by 12-30-2013, which obviously won't be possible because on Monday 16th, 2013 I checked my report on my purchased product and found out, that all my credit history have been wiped out from my records and that not information is available after I worked so hard to have it in order so I can recuperate my credit and purchase a home for which I am renting and losing money everytime I pay rent to someone else. As of this incident, they opened a ticket 1276337676142, and Equifax says it will take 7 to 10 business days to process, so by then, I will have no chance to submitt the mortage loan, have a negative impact on American Express and other companies that have denied me credit and I did not know what was happening. Now I know, they locked my credit, and now, wiped my information. They admit I do have, but do not know what could have happened. I will be loosing the opportunity to get goverment subsidies as well as a low interest plus not able to buy the home I wanted for the price (from 164,500 to 64,500) and of course the 3% closing cost paid by the government and $40,000 subsidy from goverment (Puerto RIco) not FHA, that is another issue. Their only sugested, reducing my monthly plan by 50% (from 19.95 to 9.95) and to wait for the problem be resolved hopefully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who pays for my losts? I can surely proof what I am claiming about.
