Pending merger of Sysco & US Foodservice

This is a Complaint / Review about Sysco Corp..


This merger will result in a monopoly causing increased pricing for schools participating in USDA Child Nutrition Programs. Federal Regulations require schools to issue bids for food and supplies and currently these two companies are the only distributors able to submit bids. A merger of the two will result in no opportunity for competitive pricing.
