password recovery - Micro Soft windows 8.1

This is a Complaint / Review about Microsoft.

I was on the net when the update for 8.1 came on and promised me that downloading would not effect my doing.
When downloading was finished and my computer rebooted again I realized that my computer is locked and I am asked to sign in with my password for the account that was created for me by MS.

As I have not this password I can not now access my computer at all.
When I tried to recover my password from MS on line I am being told that I have not enough information to recover my password to access my computer.
It happened to me last week and since then I am in contact with so called MS assistance on line but what they are doing is only telling me to repeat and try to recover my password on line....I am explaining to them that I have already done that and I have not enough information to do that and they reply: you should recover your password on line.......
Right now I can not access my computer because of the password and MS is not able to provide me with a temporary password.
They do not ave even a telefon Number to talk to customer or live chat...they are not working at all.... but for sales they have enough facilities.....
