This is a Complaint / Review about Microsoft.
Dec. 23rd 2013 called 1-800-642-7676 case #122 826 4149 spoke to Kashuff this is call # 1
he never came back on the line. I hung up. Call #2 this moron hung up because I could NOT UNDERSTAND anything he was saying. I asked to speak to a person who spoke English without a heavy Indiana accent. This moron hung up on me. Then I called back spoke to Tarundeep Chauhan and felt like he needed to integrate me with all kinds of questions instead of helping me fix a on going problems with my new Office 2013. Finally I called a person who repaired the problem in about 15 minutes, at a cost of $75.00. So far the tech support at Microsoft SUCKS. Why can't you hire English speaking individual to help English speaking CUSTOMERS. What a bunch of holes. mlt. I thought monopoly was illegal in U. S.? Hummm...
