MerchNow Consumer Complaint - San Diego Navy "Pierce the Veil" hoodie.

This is a Complaint / Review about MerchNow.


I ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter's Christmas present. I placed the order on December 14th. The information shown for the purchase said to place order by December 16th for Christmas delivery. I paid for priority mail delivery and my credit card was charged on December 16th. I FINALLY received the shirt on December 30, 2013. I will NEVER order anything from this company again and will advise everyone I know to avoid this company. Everything I ordered from other companies arrived within 2-3 days and I did not have to pay extra for "Priority Mail". Don't waste your time with these people!
