Exceptional Customer Service - Sumitomo Tour Plus LXH

This is a Complaint / Review about NTB # 668.


On 10/08/13 I was having issues/concerns with my spare tire on my way to work; I immediately called off and headed straight to NTB. Upon my arrival at NTB 1102 E. Roosevelt Road Lombard, IL; I was greeted by Joe Kotz and Dominique Thompson. Dominique Thompson showed pride in the company by informing me of the special promotions you had on tires etc. I was extremely impressed by Dominique's customer service skills as he assisted me in resolving my tire issue. I recommend that Dominique continues to seek a win-win an as a result you will have more satisfied customers. Invoice # 72004764.
