how long does it take??

This is a Complaint / Review about MerchNow.


I allowed my daughter to purchase something for her boyfriend from this site for Christmas on Dec 3, 2013 it is now Dec 12,2013. We are still waiting for it to process and ship. She received an email stating my credit card was a gift card and was unaccepted but yet they took the money off of it and just so they know its not a gift card. I contacted them at customer service who informed me it should be there in 3 days everything was fine that was a week ago and we are still waiting... Should I go ahead and let my daughter get her boyfriend something else from a different company or do we wait? I do alot of shopping online id hate to have to give my business and let others in my circle know how this company is...
