Express Delivery Charge - Wesley Berry Express Delivery Service

This is a Complaint / Review about Wesley Berry Flowers.

Ordered flower to be delivered in 4 hours and paid an express delivery charge. The next day an email arrived saying they would be delivered later that day - 24 hours after my call. I tried to cancel the order but, of course, no one would answer the phone. I sent an email asking that the express charge be removed but, of course, no response. The charge finally arrived on my credit card statement and I called again. They offered to take off the express charge but no apology, NOTHING!!!!! Do not ever do business with this company!!! There are too many reputable florists who do a wonderful job so don't waste your time with Wesley Berry Flowers !!! Wish I had read reviews before selecting them or I would NEVER have done business with them.
