Don't do business with Wesley Berry

I just talked to someone who had worked in their call center. They are encouraged to upsell customers into same-day delivery even though the company has no inclination to actually delivering that day. Any complaints are ignored by managers, as other reviews have mentioned. It sounds like a real sweat-shop, too. No lunches or breaks during an eight-hour shift and verbal abuse is rampant. Wesley Berry sounds like a horrible individual in person.
