Defective eyeglasses from Sears..no reply to first email

This is a Complaint / Review about Sears Optical Burnsville, MN.


Eyeglasses won't get clean and appear to have spots on lens. Rep at store said use only Sears wipes on them. Took to another optical company whose rep said the coating I paid a lot for was coming off Glasses @ 10 months old..
