Buyer Beware

This is a Complaint / Review about kiwi.com.


They ruined my carpets by using soured equipment and now my carpet and padding smells terrible. They promise a 30 day guarantee, but said I cannot get my refund for 8 to 10 weeks. That is a bunch of crap!! I need that money to have another company come out and try to steam clean the smell out of my carpet/padding. Can someone help me, please?
