This is a Complaint / Review about Sears.


The door for my ice maker needs to be replaced. A person comes, after much discussions about a new frig., he finds the part is available after all, orders it. The repair appointment is scheduled for Saturday. When no one shows up, I check the receipt to see that the appointment is for October 12, I will be out of town and my husband has a football game. After a difficult phone call, I have been rescheduled for even later in October. The cost for the appointment was $242.00. Waiting a month for a simple repair is unacceptable!
