This company was a part of a promotional offering through Rogers Communications, who directly solicited us via our account information with credits for certain deals for customers through After placing our initial order on February 16, 2013,and receiving all on-line credit card payment and processing / shipping confirmation, we have yet to receive our product. Two follow-up emails with documentation attached were sent (note there is no other means to contact this company)- the first email follow-up was sent on June 03, 2013,no response - the second follow-up sent August 08, 2013, and still no response - except for an automated email response to say the company was on summer holidays for a period in June and July 2013. Apparently, we are only one of countless customers affected in almost exactly the same fashion. We just want our $29.00 back - $24.00 for our ordered product - 2 luggage weigh scales - and the $5.00 paid for shipping. No response to date from this company in any form.
