United Benefit Advantage

I was enrolled in this plan on 5-7-13 when I ordered some medication on line even though I told them I didn't want it. On 5-7-13 I was charged $1.95 even though I was told it was free the first month. When I received the paper work two to three weeks later, I immediately phoned in to cancel. In the meantime I was downsizing my premised and sort of ignored the charges to my credit card. On Sept. 4 when reviewing my bills I found that I had been charged $19.95 per month on 5-28, 6-28-7-28 & 8-28. I phoned the company that since I was calling so late, they could only reverse it for one month. This is unfair as we are senior citizens and do not travel or do a lot of shopping any more.
Please reverse these charges as soon as possible - I am also contacting my credit card company.
