I received an automatic renewal from OGF, that should not have happened for $99.95. The email address they had on me was cancelled in 2005.

When trying to contact them, I keep getting the message to leave a message and someone will call me in 24 hours. So far, no one has called in the last 96 hours.

There is just no way to contact them, and receive confirmation of a credit due me.
