Coast to Coast Grandgetaways

In December 2012, I renewed my Coast to Coast Grand Getaways Travel Membership after being contacted by Jim Goritsas. Jim said that, if I renewed my membership for $399, I would never need to renew my membership ever again. In April 2013, I received a new membership packet. The membership packet was identical and I was charged $499 without ever being contacted. I did not notice the charges on my American Express Card until June 2013. I called Jim Goritsas (on June 24, 2013) at Coast to Coast and he said that he would investigate and call me back in 24 hours. After 3 weeks I called Jim back. He said that he thought the issue was resolved and that I had been contacted by another agent from Coast to Coast. He assured me that issue of me being charged a second time for the same vacation would being resolved immediately. I filed a dispute with American Express and American Express dismissed my claim against Coast to Coast after receiving a letter from Coast to Coast. I have file another dispute with American Express after uploading copies of the membership letters which are identical except for the expiration date. The December membership packet expires 9/4/2015 and the April membership expires 9/4/2018. Why would I buy a new membership before my current membership expires? I would not. Coast to Coast and Jim Goritsas needs to come clean and admit they double charged me. They need to refund my money and fire or reprimand the person responsible for the additional charges to my American Express Card.
