Horizon Gold Card

They took money out of my account without my authorization. I put money on my prepaid debit card to pay my cell bill and when I went in to pay it my payment didnt go through. Talk about embarrassing, they had quickly stole my money before I could pay my phone bill. Also they lead me to that this was a credit card and its clearly not. I want a refund of my money asap!!!!!!
