Holding my Money Hostage

This is a Complaint / Review about Doubleday Book Clu.


This company has my money pending and will not release it back to my account. I have ordered no books and was told via email that they just wanted to make sure that money was there. Now I need my money and can't get a human or a phone number to complain in person. I have always paid for any book I ordered ahead of time, before the books are sent to me. I am very unhappy with this and I have one more book to order then I will cancel my account with doubledaybookclub, forever! I look at this as stealing.
