cancelled order after being billed, without receiving.

This is a Complaint / Review about Readers Digest.

I ordered a book and then got billed twice without the book. Then I Cancelled because I was so frustrated with getting billed for something I didn't receive. Weeks after canceling I then received a package saying I had two free gifts. I open the box and there was the book I cancelled along with another bill. I request this cancelled and was assured I would not receive it. I want to return it and I would like you to send me return postage. I'm very upset over this and do not want anything more to do with your company after this book is returned.
