Overdraft/Pending Transactions - Overdraft Fees

This is a Complaint / Review about First Convenience Bank.


Is it legal to charge an Overdraft based on a balance that is only negative $2 due to PENDING TRANSACTIONS? The online account shows an overdraft already charged before items even POSTED to the account! I was able to make a deposit to bring the account positive before the items posted. How can this be legal?
