Extremely impolite, completely inexperienced on how to handle clients and almost no knowledge on their field. They offer very low quality services and they rip you off by providing you templated work that you can buy yourself for 1$. Absolutely the worst option if you want to outsource your project. Try an other firm

This is a complaint posted by a reputation management company called Bloomer Digital. All complaints were posted within hours of each other and the email was sent to the owner minutes later, offering "Reputation Management Services". Refer Snapshot.

I WAS MAILED LETTERS FROM A COMPANY CALLED "DOMINION". THIS COMPANY IS A "SISTER CO. OF DUQUESNE. DOMINION OFFERED INSURANCE FOR MANY JOBS SUCH AS HEATING, COOLING, ELECTRIC, SEWAGE AND OTHER REPAIR WORK MIGHT COME UP AT HOME. FOR EACH SERVICE THERE WAS TO BE A MONTHLY CHARGE. AFTER CALLING NUMBERS PROVIDED ON ADVERTISEMENT, I ACCEPTED THEIR OFFER AND ENROLLED FOR ALL AND EVERY POSSIBLE SERVICE THEY HAD OFFERED. I WAS TOLD THAT THE START OF THE SERVICE WILL START IN ONE MONTH FROM ENROLMENT. I OFFERED TO PAY THEIR FEES BY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO NEED FOR THAT AND ALL THE CHARGES WOULD APPEAR ON DUQUESNE BILL (THEIR BIG BROTHER CO.) AFTER 40 DAYS PAST MY ENROLMENT I REALIZED THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH RAIN WATER EMPTYING TO THE STREET. I CALLED DOMINION. A MAN WITH A VERY HOSTILE ATTITUDE FIRST SAID: THAT KIND OF PROBLEM WAS NOT COVERED, WHEN I CONFRONTED WITH REASONING THEN HE SAID I HAD NOT ENROLLED FOR THAT SERVICE. I ASKED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR TO COMPLAIN HE SAID HE WAS EVERYBODY I COULD TALK TO. I ASKED FOR A PHYSICAL ADDRESS I CAN GO TO AND SEE WHY I WAS TREATED IN SUCH MANNER, HE SAID THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL PLACE FOR THIS CO.
THEN I CALLED DUQUESME TO COMPLAIN SINCE THEY SUPPORT DOMINION AND AS FAR AS I WAS CONCERNED, THEY WERE BUSINESS PARTNERS. THE OPERATOR SAID THAT THERE WAS NO CONNECTION WITH DOMINION, I ASKED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR OR THE LEGAL OFFICE. THE OPERATOR REFUSED. I CALLED BACK AND THIS TIME ASKED FOR THE LEGAL OFFICE, A LEGAL ASSISTANT (WHO WAS NICE) RESPONDED BUT STATED THAT THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH DOMINION AND DOMINION HAD CALLED THEM AND STATED THAT I HAD CALLED AND HAD CANCELLED THE VERY SAME SPECIFIC SERVICE I HAD CALLED TO RECEIVE!!!! THE CLERK SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DOMINION ACTIONS. I TOLD HER THAT IS WHAT THEY LIKE TO BELIEVE BUT THEY WERE "ARE RESPONSIBLE" BECAUSE OF THEIR ACTIONS AND CO-BUSINESS. THE CLERK SAID SHE WILL HAVE SOMEBODY TO GET BACK TO ME. TODAY A MAN WHO SPOKE SO FAST "CLARK???" LET A MESSAGE THAT HE WAS RETURNING MY CALL!!!. OBVIOUSLY HE HAD USED ONLY LEAVING A MESSAGE METHOD AND NOT WANTING TO SPEAK TO ME. I HAVE CALLED THAT NUMBER NUMEROUS TIMES (1-412-393-6663) NOBODY HAD ANSWERED THE PHONE AT ALL EVEN AFTER 15 TIME RINGING. I HAD TOLD THE CLERK YESTERDAY THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE BY THE SIMPLE ACT OF PUTTING DOMINION CHARGES ON THEIR BILL. ME AND OTHERS TRUSTED DOMINION BECAUSE OF DUQUESNE NAME. THEREFORE I SAID IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DUQUENSE TO FORCE DOMINION TO PERFORM, SUE THEM FOR THEIR BREECH OF THEIR CONTRACT WITH DUQUESNE AND DUQUESNE'S CUSTOMERS. FOR NOW DUQUESNE IS TRYING TO HIDE BUT THEY HAVE TO "COM OUT" AND FACE THEIR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OTHERWISE THEY SHOULD EXPECT A CLASS ACTION SUIT SOON!
