Smeng Network Technology - Overcharged me

My wife found nice jersey for me on the internet. We made an order from Smeng Network Technology three weeks ago. The jersey cost $20 but when I received confirmation there was noticed $75. I checked my bank account and they really charged me so much. How can I stop it?
