Offered services at agreed price of $24.95 a month with guarantee terms from one year and changed prices to $43.00 qa month without notification to customer on the second month of the term resulting in extra acruing cumulative charges that AT&T intent to collect with extortion practices.
Customer send payments of agreed $24.95 for 3 consecutive months, calling at least 3 times by phone customer services on which I was assured that the $24.95 price was correct and that they will take care of the mistake. This resulted in late charges and delinquent amounts due. After 2 attempts of explanation by sending mail request of correction to AT&T
I decided to stop payment and noitify AT&T of my intentions to terminate contract because of breach by their part. To this date I have no receive any notification by AT&T of contract termination and the charges are still pending without resolution. I'm affraid that they will try to send me to collection agencies and affect my credit. Please stop this practices from AT&T, I'm sure that I'm not the only one suffering in this case. Thanks.
