Didn't meet the deadline

This is a Complaint / Review about discountedtvmounts.com.


I ordered from the site called discountedtvmounts.com. I waited for 3 weeks and then decided to contact them as I had a deadline and I started to worry about the time of the delivery. No one answered my e-mails. I tried to talk to someone from the customer service and always talked to answering machine.

This is in response to DiscountedTVMounts complaint:

I ordered a wall mount on 1/17 (Thu) and got billed. Was told would ship few days. checked status on order for few days and only saw "Awaiting shipment". No idea who was shipping or any trackings # for coupble days. Called several time and got automated system saying to contack via emial. Well I was lucky one time and got to talk to someone and she inlighted me as to what was happening (not in stock in SD, had to send order to wharehouse). Also got several emails back indicating this so they were responding. Waited until Mon 1/21 to email them I haven't
gotten any details or update on status. Next day they emailed me with response and update on status that delivery would be next day. Sure enough that's what happended. I've read all the reviews of problems past but feel may have had problems in the past which might have cleared up with some changes. If you have any outstanding issues I would recomend to try one more time to either see what happended to your order and/or get a refund. For me not bad experience at all considering I ordered on 1/17 and got delivered on 1/23 and considering it was a MLK holiday weekend. So give another try, might get some results.
