This is a Complaint / Review about eEuropoarts.

I ordered a Bosal catalytic converter from their website which stated it was legal in all 50 states. They shipped the part to me and I had it installed, however, when I took my car in for an emissions test, I was informed that it was not legal in the state of California and that eEruoparts should not have even shipped the item to a forbidden state. I contacted Bosal to verify the part number and the states it is approved in. The Bosal Manufacturer representative said that eEuroparts broke the law just by shipping the part to a forbidden state and suggested eEuroparts take full responsibility.
I contacted eEuroparts and they admitted they had posted incorrect information on their website (mistake #1) and even admitted that they shouldn't have even shipped it to California (mistake #2).
Their only solution was for me to buy ANOTHER "approved" Magnaflow catalytic converter and return the 1st one. However, I was left stuck with TWO labor charge to replace and install TWO catalytic converters ($500 each). I asked eEuroprarts to at least contribute toward the 2nd labor charge since that was a direct result of their errors and they admitted it was their mistakes. But eEuroparts refused to take responsibility for their mistake and left me out to hang with double labor charges. So in an effort to save a bit of money by using eEuroparts, I ended up paying DOUBLE.

I am very sorry to hear of the dissatisfaction with your order. I understand the frustration of receiving product that does not resolve an issue with your car. The product ordered was not listed as a "50 state legal" catalytic converter. Surely your California based auto technician is aware of California State Emissions law and should be well trained after years of that law being applied on the need to conform by installing approved products for your particular state. Our return policies are among the most liberal in the industry and we went beyond that by accepting the return of the installed product for a full refund. We paid for all of the shipping cost. We sent you a replacement part at cost and paid for the shipping on that product as well. I believe that we have provided you with the best service that we could under the circumstances.
