Priority Pass - monitor Lounge standards please

This is a Complaint / Review about Oasis Lounge For Priority Pass.

JFK, New York. Dreadful airport lounge - passengers are better off OUTSIDE in the public area rather than inside. Dirty, un-serviced, shocking. No-one at the reception desk, Wi-Fi advertised but not available, food was terrible - croissants and muffins still icy cold and no way to thaw them, broken toaster, terrible coffee. When the hostess appeared, she was unable to assist and was unable to solve any problems.
