Extreme Colors & Styles - worst service ever - Hair cut

This is a Complaint / Review about groupon.

Me and my friend bought the groupon for $25 for the haircut, shampoo, deep conditioning and blowdry. We both got the worst service ever from this super rude Asian lady (probably from India). Our full service was done in 20 mins... she took 5 mins for hair cut (while talking to and helping other customers), shampoo and deep conditioning - 10 mins, blow dry 5 mins which was just drying hair on maximum heat. And throughout the service it was very uncomfortable because she literally scraches your head, neck and face with her nails.

As this was THE worst experince ever for us we were kind enough to point this out to her that she needs to be careful with her nails and not rush the service so fast. In response she told that we get what we paid for and asked us to not come to her place the next time. We were shocked and said that we were not planning to come back anyways. This is the best part - she asks us to "GET OUT" not once but thrice.

Most shocking experince of our lives. I love Groupons, i use them all the time but never came across such a service.

Big RED FLAG for this business and they ask us to bring the printed groupon from STAPLES .. who does that???
