The Brick - Complaints / Reviews / Scam Reports
All they want is your money!

This is a Complaint / Review about The Brick.

On August 20th, 2010 I purchases a dinning room table and was told it would be ready for pick up on Sept 16, 2010. On sept 16 I called the Brick to see if my table was ready for pick up, the customer service rep told me it was still on back order and wasn't sure when it would be in. I asked to speak with a manager or someone who could answer my questions and she told me no, all I could do was leave my number and name and someone would call me back. That evening I went directly into The Brick to talk with someone, customer service people are rude and very disrespectful- they have your money and don't care about you! The lady informed me she didn't know when my table set would be in and then walked away.

I called again today sept 21 and they still don't have a date when the table will be available but keep calling every week and you might get lucky! Really is this a way to do business these days.

I've paid for my table and still have nothing!

I will never again buy anything from the Brick!!!!
