the mattresses are ...nowhere - mattress

This is a Complaint / Review about Overstock.com.


My first experience with overstock and last one, the customer service cannot answer any question, repeat the same message, they sent me a bed but the mattresses are nowhere, they say it's UPS responsibility ! they'll back in touch with me. NOTHING, desperating
Their website this type of mattress is out of stock now, so did they charge me knowing they did not send it ?
