This is a Complaint / Review about Tmobile.


I filed an insuarnce claim on my daughter's "lost" phone, and the phone was replaced quickly although I did have to pay a deductible of more than I paid for the original phone. Unfortunately, the battery sent with the "reconditioned" phone was a sony ericson battery, my daughter has an LG phone, that had been chewed on by an animal. The instructions that came with the replacement phone said to contact T-Mobile if there was a problem. T-mobile then states they will express ship me a replacement battery and to expect it by the 10th of November. The 10th comes and no battery, 3 phone calls and 4 days later I am informed that there was a mistake in the warehouse and the battery was shipped normal delivery and to expect it by the 17th. An envelope arrived from T-mobile on the 16th; it was empty, yes empty! Call T-mobile again and they again ship me a battery to be delievered by the 18th. 18th comes and no battery so I called T-mobile again and am told the battery wasn't shipped until the 18th. The customer service representative told then that T-mobile had done everything they said they could and would do and was unable to remedy this situation. They can't overnight a battery to a store. They can't give us a battery from a store. They can't overnight a battery to our home, NO ONE in the T-mobile line of comand can do so. The customer service representative then admitted to me that T-moblie cannot keep their promises. That T-Mobile is unable to live up to what they tell you they are going to do and they would do nothing more to remedy this. I have been a customer with T-mobile for over 4 years and have a number of lines and different services and they could care less about fixing something that entirely their own fault not one but three times, more than that if you count the number of times I called before someone finally told me that the 1st replacement envelope was shipped incorrectly. I am infuriated with T-Mobile. If they really cared about keeping their customer base they would have at a minimum called and said there is a problem with your shipment but no. I am now looking into if T-Mobile has broken the contract with me.
