called the store manager Craig and he can't help me.

This is a Complaint / Review about P C Richard & Son.


My washing machine broke like 2 months ago. The technician said the wires were destroyed and that voided the warranty. That statement is not true. I have pictures of it to prove it. This thing has been going on too long and they just can't fix it. I called the store manager Craig and he can't help me. I called the service department. They did not call back.
