This is a Complaint / Review about Samsung.
The color on my 46 LCD TV became difficult to watch. The TV was bought in December of 2008. A repairman, dispatched by Samsung , determined that a "T Con" board was defective he'll order a new one at a cost of approximately $100. A couple days later the repairshop informed me the part has to be ordered with the TV panel at an additional cost $600. The parts department tells me it is a manufacturer directive, Samsung customer service tells me it is the parts department's prerogative. Customer service additionally tells me to search in SAMSUNGPARTS.COM who of course does not have the part online and refers me to the initial supplier mentioned above. So I'm left with a shell of a TV without a viable solution. I cannot find an address (customer service) to lodge a complaint The address in back of the service manual "105 Challenger road Ridgefield park NJ" does not exits. I've driven there.The ticket created on my initial report is 4121756026. Model # LN46A550P3FXZA, Serial no. ALXK3CUQA12376Y Version CN09. The parts needed is V520H1-C06. Any help is appreciated
