Faulty Samsung Galaxy Trend

This is a Complaint / Review about Samsung.


I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Trend phone (GT-S7560) about a month ago. Since the first week itself it has been giving me problems. It started off being really lag, having to wait really long after clicking an application, and the phone was responding rather slow, especially for a new phone, so I sent it for service. Turned out it was some software problem. Service took a bout 3 days so no big I thought. Few days later phone started having problems again. It would shut down by itself for no reason. I tried googling it and followed the advice provided on the net but the problem persisted. So I sent it back to service AGAIN. This time it took roughly 2 WEEKS! I have no idea why. They told me it was some software problem again. I was getting really pissed but chose to accept it since it was finally fixed and I thought that would be the last of my problems. HOWEVER, just recently my phone started having problems AGAIN. This time the touch sensitivity seemed to have problems. For instance at times when I was scrolling facebook it wouldn't respond, and I couldn't click anything. I don't know why all this is happening!! I don't seem to hear alot of complaints for this galaxy trend model so is it just me??? I would really like a replacement because the device just seems to be really faulty!!!
