Conns has terrible customer service - Frigidaire washe

This is a Complaint / Review about Conn's Appliance.


I will never give Conn's my business again. I guess they will always have the same "policy's and procedures" for everyone with no exceptions. I have bought appliances from them for 15 years because of the location to my house. I pay cash, hope they will do the right thing - like be nice and considerate - but it has Never happened. I treat people the way I would like to be treated but I truly believe they do everything in their power to make a simple cash sale as inconvenient as possible.
