Franklin Marketplace Sold our business a broken mail machine BEWARE THIS GUY IS A SCAM!! DON'T BUY FROM HIM!

This is a Complaint / Review about Mail Marketplace.

We purchased a folder inserter a Neopost Si 76 on the Internet. When we inquired about the machine, Kirk Johnson was glad to call us back every time to tell us about the machine, we emailed back and forth, talked to him over a 2 month period. We finally decided to buy it as we were bringing new accounts, and needed the machine. We wire transferred $5,000 to the company.

Our machine arrived one week later, in non working condition. We have called and emailed daily without a response. We almost lost all of our new business, due to the machine not working, had to scramble, source out the jobs, loosing more money, and had to hand stuff, over an entire weekend, because our back up machine broke as well.

We were also told the machine came with a 30 day warranty. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!! We're actually thinking of driving the machine up to Minnesota ourselves and shoving it in a particular place in Kirk Johnson's back end.

Please do not call, email, or EVER TALK to this SCAM ARTIST!!! I hope I saved someone else $5.000!
