This is a Complaint / Review about Elite Limo.


Just used them on 5/27/12 for our daughters' wedding. Yes, they were on time to take all members of bridal parties to the church in two trips. Yes, there were decorations on the party bus. However, there was NO OPERABLE AIR CONDITIONING on a 97 degree day! It turned into a health issue, as my husband became ill on the ride as we accompanied our daughter and her bridesmaids to the church. (He is a dialysis patient with high blood pressure, and is awaiting a transplant) l We expressed our concern about the inoperable air conditioning to the driver. He reluctantly admitted he informed his company that the air conditioning was not working, and they instructed him to drive the party bus anyway, as they were booked solid, and there wasn’t another vehicle available. Upon our arrival at the church, we were greeted by 7 perspiring, overheated groomsmen complaining of no air conditioning on the party bus!

This party bus was suppose to have a “stocked” bar which consisted of 12 WARM cans of beer, 12 WARM bottles of water, and 1 magnum of WARM champagne for a bus that held 30 people! (read the other complaints on this board) My new son-in-law asked the driver to go to the Jewel Grocery store near the church so they could buy COLD beverages and ICE for their wedding party. The Bride and Groom actually went into grocery store so they could cool off!

Going from the church to the picture sight, to the Country Club, the driver operated the bus with the door open, trying to get the 97 degree air to circulate. How safe was that? I watched the bridal party come off the bus at the Country Club. They were all “sweaty” and extremely uncomfortable.

I called Elite Limo on 5-29-12, and it took the owner, Gabriele two days to return my call. After having a combatitive conversation with him, he agreed to issue ONLY a 20% credit back to my charge card. That only amounts to the MANDATORY 20% required tip. He said he only issues more if they were a “no show!” Extremely poor customer service. I have decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company..

When we booked this date, we never had intentions of trying to get free services. We certainly were willing to pay for the service we were requesting. I gave Gabriele the opportunity to correct this unfortunate situation, and he has chosen not to do so. My daughters’ wedding day was ruined. He admitted to fixing a compressor on the bus six months prior, and saying it was an “Act of God.”

Gabriel urged me not to post any complaints about his company on the internet, as it would tarnish his “good name.” It appears his company has harassed other posters here who have written unfavorable comments. Rest assured, I will be certain to follow through with registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on-line. I have urged all members of the bridal party to do so and have sent them the link. Word of mouth is still the most effective method of advertising ones’ service. I took the time today inform all the vendors I used for this wedding including the Florist, Country Club, Bakery, DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Hair and Make-Up Stylist and business associates.

Don’t use Elite Limo for such an important day. Hope this post helps prevent this from happening to someone else.
