Horrible Customer Services!!

This is a Complaint / Review about Hewlett Packard Computers.

We bought a HP laptop online on June 2011. On August 2011, the laptop broke. We checked the problem over the phone with the technitians for over two hours and they said that I shuld send the computer to them to be checked. I told them that I did not pay $ 800 USD for a repaired computer and that I just wanted a new one. I was told that that was not an option and that they should just follow the "company policies".
That means that they would never use "COMMON SENSE" to make a decision. Next time I will just buy a rebuild computer for half the price; cause that is what I will finally end up with: a rebuild computer for $ 800.- That is not fair. I will never buy an HP any more.
