This is a Complaint / Review about Jeremy Prevost.


Contacted this company to set an appointment for my AC unit. I was having issues with it and it was not blowing cold air.

They scheduled me for an appointment and gave me a 3 hour windows. Of course the tech was late and after spending only 15 minutes checking out the unit he told me I would need to replace it. I asked him what the exact problem was and why we could not just get a new part. He got very defensive and start talking very fast and would not slow down. I have no idea what he was talking about but it worried me enough to get a second quote. He got very angry when I told him i needed to sleep on it.

I called up another company and it they just ended up cleaning the coil and charing me under $200.00. Stay away from this clown company.
