BR111 fails to deliver the flooring and REFUSES to speak with me about this poor customer service. - BR11 Brazilian Cherry wood flooring

I ordered BR111 Brazilian Cherry flooring on November 12, 2013. I received a small amount of the flooring from a Florida warehouse. The remainder and 3/4 of the total order was to shipped from a warehouse in California. I was told there might be a two week delay due to the warehouse relocating. After 3 weeks, i called and was told the order would ship within the week. I waited 2 more weeks and was told the order would ship before Christmas. I called again when it did not ship and was told the warehouse was closed for the Holidays and could not be reached until January 6th. I have called everyday this week and each time I am told the persons who work there are all "out to lunch," "in a meeting," "gone for the day," "unable to come to the phone." I am now told the order has not shipped and may not ship this week. AGAIN! I need my flooring so we can finish the remodel and move into the house.
