This is a Complaint / Review about Best Buy - Geek Squad.


If you are reading this it is because you are mad at best buy geek squad, I think they are the biggest waste of money and need to learn customer service. We have a pioneer receiver that we purchased in July 2013 and it already went out ,no sound at all. We thought buying the Geek Squad would protect us from hassles but instead it has been more of a hassle than if we would have just spent our money sending it in to Pioneer to be repaired . The service is the worst I have ever experienced ,and they really don't care. NEVER AGAIN will I spend my money with them.
