Rip off, unprofessional con men in Leeds.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Samsung 50" HDTV

This is a Complaint / Review about consumonics.


They took my TV away to fix, charged me £50 initially that they said would be part of the fix cost, then a MONTH later told me it was going to cost another £172 to fix. Another 6 WEEKS later they said that the screen was faulty (ie they broke it) and it was going to cost another £700 to fix!!! Then he said they would dispose of the TV. When I asked for it back, they seemed a little concerned.

These guys are complete cowboys. I wish I had checked for reviews on them before I used them. Please, if you value your money and equipment, do not use this company!!
