Defrauded me of $290 for product that was never received

This is a Complaint / Review about Enlightened Sky Energy.

On 6/9/2012 I purchased a wind turbine power generator with grid tie for $290. I was promised a delivery date of 6/16/12. My friend ordered 2 of the same product the same day for $580 with the same delivery date promised.

On 6/16 when we had not received our orders I emailed the seller inquiring and was told both orders had been shipped by parcel post and that the seller had no tracking info available.

On 6/21 I inquired again as to the status of my order. My friend also emailed inquiring on his order. Neither of us received a response. We have both attempted to contact the seller many times since then with no response.

This seller also sells on eBay under user ID Enlightenedsky31. His feedback is currently plummeting with everyone complaining of the same thing. They paid, received no product, and no communication. I did an advanced search on eBay on his sales on 6/25 and found 26 other people that have been defrauded by this company in the past month.

Do not buy from this company.
