Can't Unsubscribe from Kaspersky.

This is a Complaint / Review about Kaspersky La.


I unsubscribed from Kaspersky on 27/10/2013 , acknowledged by Kaspersky and informed the Auto Renewal will be stopped. I have again received a reminder & Auto Renewal notification yesterday. Their cancellation option does not exist. closest option is "I bought the wrong product" ( I suppose I did :D ) . I want to be REMOVED FROM THEIR DATA BASIS, I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY IN 6 DAYS TIME WHEN THE LISENCE I CANCELLED IN OCTOBER 2013 ALREADY EXPIRES .
