NO SERVICE; NO PHONE!

This is a Complaint / Review about Prezi.


I paid the $159 annual fee for Prezi but do not have my password and no access to the email I registered with. The website only offers support to paid user who CAN LOG IN. No phone number or even an email address is provided to a paying customer.

Absolutely horrible customer service: when you press on all the doors for 25 minutes but no one is available!
