This is a Complaint / Review about Parts Plus Auto Wrecking.


It started with me putting down $200 cash as a deposit so they can order some parts for my car. Joel (worker) told me it would take a wk. A wk past and no parts, he said they were going to receive parts the following week. The following wk came an no parts. Joel kept telling me call me tomorrow, I'll have them, I will. Finally I spoke with Hector (manager) he promised they were going to get parts but it was taking longer than expected.

Finally I told them to just give me my money back because I had found the parts I needed. They said they were going to mail me a check within 3 days. I have a receipt saying so but I have not received anything and it's been 2wks. I call them and they just keep telling me they are going to send the check. I have also gone to the shop but they are not cooperating. I have heard from other people and local businesses that they are not a loyal company and lie and steal. $200 is not much comparing to other people they have not refunded to but it's just the fact that they lie and are taking our money.
